+How do I build a plan?
Open the Studio, describe your home, pick its type, age and features, then generate the season calendar. You can add or remove features and regenerate at any time.
+How do I print the year wheel?
Produce a diagram in the Studio, then use your browser print or save the image. Diagrams are sized to print and pin to a wall. Every diagram is marked indicative — verify details locally.
+What do the task tags mean?
Each task is tagged you-can-do-this, qualified-professional, or statutory reminder. Statutory reminders are prompts to verify local rules and book a qualified person — never jobs to attempt on gas or electrical systems yourself.
+How do I export my plan?
In the Studio, use Download Markdown or Download JSON. Exports include the calendar, logbook template and the reminders-only note.
+How do I manage billing?
After subscribing, open the billing portal from your welcome page to update your card, change plan or cancel. Cancellations keep access until the end of the paid period.
+Do you dispatch tradespeople?
No. Upkept is online-only planning software. It does not book repairs, send workers or collect any repair fee.
