You keep ownership of the home details you enter. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those inputs solely to operate the service and produce your outputs. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

You own the maintenance calendars, diagrams, recap clips and records generated from your inputs, and may use, print, export and share them for your own home management. Because outputs are generated automatically, we cannot guarantee they are unique to you.

The Upkept name, brand, interface, template library and underlying software remain owned by AMA (FUSION) LIMITED. Nothing here transfers rights in our brand or software to you.

Do not use Upkept to generate or attach third-party brand names, logos, or protected material, and do not present outputs as endorsed or certified by any third party. Use generic home descriptions only.

Outputs are reminders and record templates, not certified inspections or professional advice. Do not present them as safety approvals or compliance certificates. See the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.
