Use Upkept to plan, schedule and record maintenance for homes you own or manage, to produce diagrams and recap clips, and to export your own plans. Keep your account secure and your inputs accurate.

• Using outputs to carry out regulated gas, electrical or other statutory work yourself, or to avoid engaging a qualified professional.
• Entering unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Reselling, redistributing, or presenting Upkept outputs as certified inspections, professional advice, or safety approvals.
• Using the service to mislead anyone about the safety, compliance or condition of a property.

Upkept provides reminders and records only. If a task involves working at height, gas, electrical systems, structural elements, or anything beyond safe DIY, stop and engage a qualified professional. Act immediately on any sign of a gas leak, electrical fault, or structural problem.

You are responsible for the details you enter. Do not upload sensitive personal data about others without a lawful basis, and do not include content you are not permitted to use.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
