• Account data: email address and authentication details when you subscribe.
• Home profile inputs: the home type, age, storeys, features, occupancy and free-text description you enter in the studio.
• Generated content: the maintenance calendars, diagrams, recap clips and exports produced from your inputs.
• Support and contact data: your name, email, and message when you use the contact or property-review forms.
• Billing data: subscription status and billing metadata from our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: limited log and device data needed to run and secure the service.

You control what home details you enter. Please do not include information you do not want processed to produce your plan.

Our collection sources are:

• Directly from you — when you enter home details in the studio, subscribe, or use the contact and property-review forms.
• Automatically from your device — essential logs and security data generated as you use the service.
• From our payment processor — billing metadata returned after you complete checkout.

We do not buy personal data from data brokers or collect it from third-party marketing lists; these are the only collection sources we use.

• To provide the service — generate your calendar, diagrams and exports (contract).
• To manage subscriptions and billing (contract and legal obligation).
• To respond to support and review requests (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
• To secure, maintain and improve the service (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal and accounting duties (legal obligation).

We do not use your home details or generated content to train AI models.

We share personal data only with processors that help us run Upkept, under contract and only as needed:

• Hosting and infrastructure — to serve the website and run the application.
• Payment processing — Stripe handles card data and subscriptions. Stripe, not us, receives your full card number.
• AI provider (generation service) — the third-party AI provider that renders diagram images and recap clips from your plan, when that feature is used.
• Email and lead storage — to deliver replies and store contact and property-review messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

Our processors may store or process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK and EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and for the period required by law afterwards. Home profile inputs and generated content are kept while your account is active so you can revisit your plan; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Contact and property-review messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Diagram and recap generation runs as a task with the generation provider and is not retained by us beyond delivering the result to you.

Because Upkept is an AI-assisted tool, we want to be clear about how the material that flows through it is handled.

• User input: the home details, descriptions and any example notes you type into the studio are your user input. We process them only to generate your maintenance plan, diagrams and recap clip, and to let you revisit them while your account is active.
• Generated output: the calendars, diagrams, recap clips and exports produced from your inputs are your generated output. You can download, print and delete them, and you can ask us to delete stored copies at any time.
• File and example data: if you provide example data to guide a plan, it is treated the same as your other user input and is not shared beyond the processing needed to produce your output.
• AI provider: diagram and recap-clip generation is carried out by a third-party AI provider. Your relevant input is sent to that AI provider only to produce the requested output and is not used by us to build marketing profiles.

We do not use your user input or generated output to train AI models, ours or any third party’s. This service is online-only digital software: no physical goods are sold, produced or shipped, so we do not collect delivery addresses for goods. You may delete your inputs and outputs at any time by contacting us at support@amafusionuk.shop.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including transport encryption, access controls and secret management for keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Under CCPA/CPRA you may request access to and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any right, contact support@amafusionuk.shop. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If this ever changes, we will provide a clear opt-out and update this policy first.

The studio generates a plan automatically from the details you enter; it does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Upkept is not intended for children under 13, and users aged 13 to 17 should only use it with a parent or guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
